HVAC control question

Quick question, my fan speed control switch only works on the 3rd and 4th setting. The first two do absolutely nothing but the last two work just like they should. Anybody else experience this problem before and have a solution? Thanks

Could be what is referred to as the blower resistor. Often though you only have high speed when that fails. I would test/try that first.
