hot wheather thermostat

so here in AZ its been 105+ all week and my cooling system can't keep up with this heat and a/c at the same time, I changed my thermstat from 195 to 170 dergees, last summer the car never saw 200 degrees h2o temps on the gage but even with the cooler thermostat its still at a little under 200, the only thing I changed from last summer was that I'm running the trbo coolant lines, is this were the extra heat is coming from? very weird

The only thing "better" is open(no thermostat). Have you tried "wetter water"?

Do you stock or aftermarket fans? Have you done a radiator flush lately?
