High Res pic of AWS decal in rear window.......Help PLZ...

I'm having a friend make me a decal for AWS for my rear window. I want to be as accurate as possible. My buddy is looking for a high res pic, dead on to try to limit distortion. Any help is much appreciated. Also a quick measure from L to R and top to bottom would be great /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Its actually 4WS, not AWS
I tried taking pics but flash+glass not a good combo, hope its useful

Measurements:
Lenght: 12cm aka 4.72 inches.
Hight: 3cm aka 1.18 inches.

There was a thread a while back with a few different versions of the decal, I believe it was Gabor, although it may have been someone else? If not Gabor maybe they will chime in....
