I don't know how or what will take this off my windows, sorry for the crappy night time picture but you get the idea on on the out side windows driver and driver passenger.
I was going to suggest the cerium oxide powder they use on YT, to polish out light imperfections.
Wouldn't likely take out scratches deep enough to be caught with a finger nail, but everything else potentially could.

This is getting pretty heavy duty,but a last resort we use something like this at the restoration shop I work at, I have made several pieces of 50 year old VW skylight glass useable that had some really acid rain/lime (whatever it is) haze that a razor blade wouldn't budge. It won't perform a miracle if the glass is really beat or scratched,but if this doesn't fix it I doubt anything that wipes on with a rag will.
I have a similar issue on the galant. I used steel wool in a small area and scrubbed for 2 hours. It worked, but I don't have enough elbow grease to do the entire car. I just ordered the stuff G linked. I hope it works!
