HELP! turbo identification

bought this for $50

has a turbonetics exhaust housing.

the front cover says a/r 70 and m24 the other numbers ive googled and everything. i cant find a pic of a turbo like this. it doesnt seem like ebay junk but wtf is it?


the pressure fitting is missing from the front side thats the hole.

any numbers/stampings on the center section? That would pry tell you more. Looking at it, I know agp sells garretts with turbonetics intake and exhaust housings on them, but see if there is anything else on it.
