headlights will not turn on

I have checked the fuses and there is no issue there. All of the other lights come on (tail, side markers, blinkers work etc). This happened a long time ago and I took it to a dealer but I can't remember what they did. In the back of my head I keep thinking "clutch" but I don't know why.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is also a relay for the headlights I believe.

Is this with the car running or not running?

under hood relay bock works as i pulled it out and the rest of the lights went off and back on when i put the block back in, the car was running (and not running too just to make sure).

So i'm having a similar issue...sometimes I got headlamps n sometimes not. Were you able to fix yours?
