Hard start

Only hard starts the first time you try and start it in the morning. When I had a walbro in it, it would turn over for about 10 seconds then you would hear the fuel pump start and then the car would start. Do I need a new relay or should I just rewire the fuel pump? I have also try 3 different ecus and non of them have helped.

 

hard wire it. or just turn the key on and wait for the pump to kick on?
