Fuel injectors ??

Hey everyone .. what would make my fuel injectors not operate ?? Please name some things. I’m having an issue .the car cranks but does not start/run. Fuel is getting to the rail, and I did a spark test. But no fuel is getting to the cumbustion chamber. Thanks

With everything else correct, CAS would be where I start if the ECU is known good.
