Fuel filter 6AN adapters

My fuel line is leaking so I'm going to replace it with -6AN stainless line.
I want to continue to use stock filters so I need to find out what the input and output threads are?
I've seen posted 12mm x 1.25 and 14mm x 1.5 can anyone confirm this?

You should measure to make sure, but I think the inlet is 14 mm and probably 1.5 mm thread pitch, and the outlet is a 12mm banjo bolt and likely 1.25 thread pitch. I did this years ago on the outlet, and that seems right.
