Have a set of wheel spacers that came off a Ford Edge model year 2012(?).
Did some research on these.
1.25" thick
Labelled 5x4.5"-5x4.5" = 5x114.3mm-5x114.3mm {4.5x25.4=114.3}
CB appears to be roughly 69-71mm with a tape measure. Ford Edge CB lists at 63.4mm so these were not being used in a compounnd hub centric/lug centric setup.
Studs are all 1/2-20UNF and come with all nuts needed to bolt to a standard taper style steel or aluminum rim, not flat washer style! Replace the studs if you want to use special nuts of the Mitsu variety.
Figure $50 USD plus shipping and paypal sounds fair.
