Sorry for the delayed reply. No it isnt all of the pipes. Its just the cold side hard pipe and IIRC I have the hot side hard pipe. Its been forever since I had a stock IC and piping on a VR4 so I honestly dont remember how they were routed and if Im missing any other pipes.
