Does the boost controller include all the necessary tubing?

It's not the in-cabin boost controller. I can include the vacuum hose if you needed, but it's like 89 cents a foot at advance auto parts. You can see it mounted behind the headlight in the picture for reference.

Not 100% positive but I think '92 6/4's came with a 22.

Did the accident toast the front lower control arms? I'm looking for some cheapos, as long as they aren't rusted through.
