FS: NBA 2K14 & Dead Rising 3 Xbox One

I have these 2 games for sale...discs are in mint condition as are the packaging.

NBA 2K14: Game is great BUT...I was victim to a issue 2K servers are having with corrupt file saves and I can no longer progress into My Career mode. I don't want to start over and would rather just wait for 2K15.

Dead Rising 3: Literally only played this game for about a hour total. Game is pretty fun to play but it triggers my epilepsy and can't continue to play it.

Ugh my kid had the same issue with NBA. Bought at Target, was able to return in full after a bit of persuasion ( and reminder of their CC fiasco ).
