I have been stockpiling this as of late. The 1G AWD & FWD hoses have been discontinued for awhile. So I am pretty sure the Galant VR-4 ones won't be to for behind. We have limited quantities available for immediate shipping.

Does the tank have to be empty in order to change these?

Why would it have to be? The the tank obviously fills towards the top of the tank so as long as the fuel is below that inlet it would be fine.
