Has 3 bends on the bottom of the core but does not affect anything at all just cosmetic.

I am currently cleaning it up because it was spray painted red.

Could you take a picture of the core (like inside of the intercooler coupler connection)?

Hmmm I guess mine is different. I have a bar and plate setup. I hope this can support 600hp+...I know the previous owner was supporting 700hp on a 2JZGTE pickup (granted it is a bad comparisons since they are different engines)

I would not try 700 whp on an intercooler this small which is why it's on my shelf but we are making well north of 750 on a 2jzgte sc300 and running 9.8 on a cheap 4" e-bay off the shelf unit and the car will most likely see 1k+ on this as well if that helps any?
