Are the sway bar bushing stock replacement size?

iceman...these didn't fit, the stock front sway bar is 21mm. These don't fit right..I ended up using new OEM front bushings and brackets.

They can me made to fit with a lot of elbow grease. I had them on when I had the stock swaybar on.
