FS: cleanish white 1990 shell with mint full interior. $1000 minneapolis

Just wondering if there is any interest in a cleanish gvr4.

It has no title! Exterior is 8/10 and interior is 9.5/10. Zero rust.

Would make a good base for a racecar, or maybe whatever state you live in has really easy policies as far as getting replacement titles?
