Yes it is. They guy I sold it to is already selling it. Guess the wife didn't think it was a good daily for her with no AC. It is for sale here , just search for "91 4g63 swapped dodge colt

I do not have any pics of it. Basically it is at the drivers side rear wheel wheel (in the front) and a little at the bottom of the passenger door. Just bubbling the paint in those areas, not through rust. Roof is rust free as it had quality body work and repaint a few years ago. It is a southern car also.
