This is a very unique Gallant!!!
It has a ton of very desirable Galant VR4 mods done to it:
JDM hood scoops
5 lugs swap
4 bolt rear end
DSM steering rack and steering wheel
Manual seat belts with ALL THE PROPER pillars!!!
Redone headliner (that actually seats against the pillars!!!)
89 Tail-light.
Exterior “chrome strip” removed
DSM shifter

Since I got it I have done:
New windshield
New KYBs GR2s w/new H&R Springs.
Rebuilt rear calipers
OEM E-Brake cables (both sides)
SST brake lines
New knock sensor
Timing belt
In the last month, I have done:
Stock clutch/FW
Water pump
Good OEM motor mounts
Replaced the gas tank
Put in NEW DS axle
Put in NEW DS lower control arm
This addressed the things that drove me crazy driving the car for the last year! I really should be keeping it but I just picked up a new daily driver, so this car must go <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />.
As for “performance mods”, the more I removed from this car, the better daily driver it became, this is what is left:
Front mount I/C w/Greedy BOV
3” turbo back exhaust (not very loud)
Walbro fuel pump (not sure if it is 255 or 190)
Shifter bushings
HR springs
Civic radiator
14B turbo, but comes with a pipe for 20G style turbo
Original motor with fresh head and removed balance shafts
Things that it needs:
02 sensor is not working
The “filled in” strip has come off in a few places
Paint looks great from 10 feet, but close up you can see that it isn't perfect
Price: $4000 with EVO8 wheels w/Blizzaks or $3600 with ‘97 Talon Wheels (which have SUMMER tires!!!)
