Fog light install

I'm having problems with a pair of fog lights I just bought. Trying to install and they will not turn on. I've replaced the bulbs and done a voltage test at the light itself and still nothing. Still to my knowledge have stock wiring for the fog lights. Also I've checked the fuse and that checked out as well. Any help would be great.

To clarify I have power to light and have put in new bulbs /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Figured it out. The pin connecting the light and wiring in the car had fallen into black connector. All is copacetic.
