Why? It's not that it's a Subaru part (or any other brand part for that matter)...if it doesn't fit right and flow, it's just not going to look right. Even without seeing it from other angles, I'm betting it doesn't flow.

For once Mark, I disagree. From that angle I think it looks fine if it really will follow the lines as it appears to there. I'll reserve final judgement until I see it from the side etc.

i don't know, at least from this view it's not bad. thats not to say from the side ill like it, i probably wont because it doesn't follow the body lines of the car. i wouldn't put this on my car or tell someone to put this on there car, but he choose to and thats fine.

It's all photo shop.
Since there's no way I can fit my ETS intercooler under my GGSX bumper. I might be getting this bumper with lights and support for $20. I just have to drive a little while to get it.

i dont know then, if your spending any money and i mean even 20 bucks, just keep hunting for a vr4 bumper and do it properly. i thought this was something that was already installed. i didnt realize that it was all photoshopped until it was mentioned. i wouldn't do it in this case. even for 20 bucks. if it was free or you happened to have it laying around then sure, as this is what i thought the case was.

I wonder if a mighty max bumper would fit... looks hilarious from the side.

Actually, props for trying something different man. IMO it doesn't look much worse than the stock USDM bumper. People swap JDM integra bumpers on to 7G and 8G Galants ALL the time and it actually looks really nice! I'd say the main fault right now is that it sticks out way too far, if you trimmed the wheel well area a bit and pushed it back I bet it would look a TON better.

I agree with props for trying something different. I think if someone were to use smooth sides and modified side skirts with a re vamped rear bumper it could work out.

Photoshopping is one thing, but if you actually do it, now thats ballsy. It is your vr4 and you can always re-install the stock bumper if it doesn't work out.

I don't think it would actually sticks out that far.
I'm going to try, because I don't have a vr4 bumper. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
Its as hard as finding a starion with an intact chin piece.

Revised Image.

I have a NB front OE USDM bumper. Hacked up the DS fog hole trying to remove the DS fog.... shipping is roughly $100 through greyhound... would let it go for $25 plus the shipping if you want to try and save it from the trash.
