So I'm in process of FIAV mod of spinning that black piece collapsing the spring. Trouble is, it will not spin. I can collapse the spring with my needle nose pliers but the actual threaded black plastic piece will not budge. I've sprayed very very (misted) pb blast on it. Any one ever encounter this problem?

i had it happen to one of the TB's i was doing. just ended up leaving it alone.

I always spray PB and let it soak for atleast an hour, always worked for me.
