ELECTRICAL HELP

HEY if there is anyone out there that can help me out with my car! i have a 91 GVR4 and my windows dont work, clock dosent work, inside dome lights dont work, and my heater fan wont work, everything that is on the same fusible link seems to not work, if anyone knows where i shoud bring it to get looked at around the suburbs of chicago (around glen ellen. Lombard, Elmhurst area) message me please and thanks.
