Ecu issue

I have found out that when it is raining or when it is wet outside that my car doesn't like to run. When I turn the key the CE light will not go out and then sometimes it will click on and off. When it is a dry day it will run like a top. I acts like it is losing ground. It did this once when I had the ECU just hanging down on the floor and for got to put the nut on the stud where the ECU ground is. It is acting the same way as it did then.
My logger is not showing any codes ether. HELP!!!!!

Have you taken the ECU out yet to inspect it?

 

Are you sure that rain isn't actually leaking into the ECU? If the windshield is leaking it could be running right down inside the ECU, shorting it out.

Every thing is dry and it does it even after a night that is heavy with dew.
