Driver's door faulty window switch cluster

I've Replaced the entire cluster and still, not one window may be operated from the driver's door switch cluster. However the individual switches on the three remaining doors work just fine. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to update that the switch is not defective. After troubleshooting for a while I discovered two (2) severed wires in the conduit which travels from the driver's door to the inside of the vehicle.
