Driver seat cushion rattle

I have been having this rattle since I got the car... the front pins that mount the cushion to the seat frame is coming loose inside the frame bore after all the years of servicing, now the cushion have some up and down play and rattles when going over bumps and getting on/off the car.

I wonder if anyone has attempted to fix this? Since it's a pin joint rather than a bolt mount...
