Door Opens, seatbelt doesn't

Well, now that the car is running properly, inspected and finally road legal (after owning it for 5 years!) I'm starting ti fix a lot of the little things that have come up, but this one has me stumped.

When I open the driver's side door, with the key in the ignition, the automatic seat belt doesn't disengage. Which is kinda annoying if I want to get in and out of the car while it's running.

The door switch is working (lights come on). Is there another switch for the auto seat belt somewhere I can't see? Any idea what's going on?

There's a pin switch in the mechanism of the door latch that controls the seatbelt system

If thats not it there's a controller box in the center console. If you need one yell I think my old one is in the shop.
