Cracking open the fog lights

I figured I'd ask before I go and strip my bolts but is there an easy way to get to the bulbs in the fog lights? Mainly my passenger side is blown and the screws of which I think hold the lens are rusted fast. It doesn't seem like you can reach them from the back since the intercooler piping is right there.

The bulbs are accessed from the back.

If the piping is in the way, drop the whole assembly or remove the piping.

Ugh, alright thanks. Guess I'll throw it on a lift and see if I can get to the things.

If the screws are stripped you can sometimes still grab and twist them off with vice grips.
