Can 4 bolt hubs be used with 4 bolt rear?

Hey guys quick question, I was wondering if our stock 4 bolt hubs will work with a 4 bolt rear diff if I replace the entire rear subframe with one with a 4 bolt rear diff and axles. I like my stock 4 lug wheels. Keeps the car sleeperish.

logic should dictate that it would work because i did the 5lug swap but left the 3 bolt rear.

yes, you need the 4 bolt outer cups.
