Brake Rotor Sizes *help*

Cant seem to figure out what size rotor is on my VR4. For upgrade options I am finding a 10.1'and all sites saying for a non turbo. What diff is there between a turbo Galant and a non-turbo galant when it comes to rotor size?

Fronts are 276mm or 10.8"

Non turbo galant rotors (even GGSX) are smaller.
