Blue paint on valve springs

I just got a "built" head for free and the dude I got it from doesnt know anything about it besides that its got bent ss valve on all the exhaust side. My question is who made aftermarket valve springs with blue paint on the bottom? The retainers doesnt say anything. I was thinking BC springs but not sure. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
