Bloomin alternator crapped out yesterday again.. I swapped in the spare (Another 90A unit) and today at work I borrowed a thermal imaging camera as I was acurious to see what heat issues are lurking.
Here are the results running under load Lights/climate/radio/demister etc, for anyone interested to see:

And its a real shame it won't go to a higher resolution:
Quite a useful tool. I thingk the other alt was killed with low temp solder.
