adjustable wastegat help!?

Ok guys I just bought a 20G and it didn't have a waste gate, so I bought a adjustable one, how do I install it to work properly? and what do I need to do to have it hold more boost? thanks for your help!!! (been looking and searched here but couldn't find anything)

Manual boost controller or mbc to hold more boost.

The arm should be adjusted short enough to hold exhaust pressure securely while closed.
