AC lines and threads

Are Mitsubishi ac part a universe line type? I stripped out the threads on my condenser trying to remove the dryer. Can I get a different shape unit to fit a bigger intercooler in my mightymax?

I'm looking at this unit here . What would I need to adapt this? I know one of the hoses for the compressor is bolt on and the other is thread on.
