abs help

hey i need some help with my faulty Abs diagnosis.when my abs are on(when the light is off)breaks will shutter .some times the break light comes on with a picture of a car with skid marks on the side.then my breaks work? i know it wont be some thing hard to fix so f*** takin it to a sparkie .cher cheer
