A/C Compressor clutch fell off!

After paying $99 dollars to have my A/C Converted to 134 the damn compressor clutch fell off while driving! This two weeks after doing the conversion! Anyhow I do have a spare compressor in my garage, Ill have to pull off the clutch from there. Just my bad luck with A/C!!!

Anyone else ever had this happen to them?

Yes, 2 different galants, 3 different A/C compressors, all did the same thing. End up JB welding the nut that is holding the clutch, never had a problem afterwards.
