820 Got Side Swiped

Long story short, some 60 year old lady side swiped my wife while driving 820 the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I only had liability on the car, and the other party's insurance is denying fault, which means I'm stuck eating the bill for repairs (for now).

As of right now I need a complete rear driver side door, dogleg, and single Evo 8 wheel. If you've got any of the above you'd be willing to part with, please shoot me a PM.

There’s an 89 galant At U pull it in Omaha, unsure of the trim. I’d imagine a gs would have the same door minus mounting holes for the trim molding. I’d be willing to go grab it for you at cost (about $60) and ship but that’s if you can’t find a vr4 door. Who knows, maybe it’s a GGSX

Dude, can't believe the other driver is not claiming fault. I realize it happens all the time but when you told me the story it was pretty clear what happened. Ugh.

This car came along way and I'm glad it's in your hands. I'm confident you could usse this as an opportunity to make this car even better.

How bad is the rim?? I'll buy it off you if it's not horrible. i currently have 3 slightly messed up evo8 rims and need a 4 for my winter/f***ing around tires. Also happy birthday and I'll probably text you that later as well.

I bet your wife was scared to death to tell you the car was messed up even though it wasn't her fault. As a body guy, that 1/4 panel is going to take some work to get it back straight. Sounds like nobody was hurt though and that's all that matters. Have you checked to see if Pot has a door?
