Gentlemen, would anyone mind explaining to me how this ring is supposted rest? Is the meaty portion supposed to be seated in or seated out? I've removed any terminology of what this goes to and my question is a bit vague due to me not really have a frekin clue as to what I'm doing. Nonetheless, any help with how this bad boy is situated would be greatly appreciated.
