I am having trouble finding info on this, help would be appreciated.
I bought 840/1000 last year. It has a 2g maf, evo 3 turbo and some different injectors. One of the previous owners who did the modifications put an apexi piggyback on the car, which I want to get rid of.
I found a second hand ecu with ecmlink for $230, my question is if this ecu will work in my 92 gvr4. Obviously I need to remove the piggyback. But apart from changing the ecu housing and the tune, is this plug and play? Are there things I need to change or things I need to keep in mind?
