1837 in Super Street Magazine

If you all have been following the build over the past few months, you may have seen my Galant here and there. It started with Wheelwell hooking me up with Super Street, which spiraled into a bunch of other opportunities:

Last but not least, the Super Street Magazine featuring my Galant is finally out! Pick up the December 2019 issue, Vol. 23 No. 12 to see the "No Contest" feature and all of the Super Street Showcar Shootout content. It would be awesome if you all would pick up a copy and support Super Street, which is one of the few tuner magazines still in print.

I found copies at Barnes and Noble, but most places that carry Motor Trend magazines should have it.

heck yeah man! wonderful driving Brett, all that canyon driving ability does well when translated to a track. i love the car and all the coverage it has been getting. i hope the upcoming year brings more coverage like this and shows more people what these old little boxes are actually capable of.

I also hope the coverage raises awareness. It would be cool if some of the bigger car media outlets featured more Galants here and there. There are definitely a hand full of clean cars that fit the bill.

Being located on SoCal definitely helps, though. This place is car culture mecca, which makes linking up with media and promoters a lot easier.

I just learned Super Street killed their print magazine at the end of this year. The December issue will be the last magazine they publish for the foreseeable future. So, I'm super fortunate to have gotten so lucky with with the Galant making it into the pages just in time (November issue for me).

Times are a changin', especially for car media outlets. Hell, Mitsubishi is headquartered in Tennessee and exclusively produces a rad dad car lineup now. Won't be long until Ryan sells out after being offered mad stacks for his domain name by an up-and-coming (no pun intended) porn site. At that point, G won't even have a place to ask stupid questions /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rofl.gif
