Any 1G manual EPROM ECU should work, and can be converted. I got one off of eBay. Trying to find a Galant VR4 ECU could be limited.
Edit, an auto might work, as long as the chip can be changed out. They had smaller injectors stock.

I have a non eprom stock ecu. But I don’t feel that’d be what you’re looking for
