I have the 1992 #580/1000
Got back from the tuner and shops. Considering selling. To much for me to keep up on. Haven't followed the market and can't really find anything to compare to. Wanted to get a rough estimate on what the pricing it would be to sell. Build i pretty much what is has been since the early build thread. Good condition overall. If anyone has any input I would appreciate it.

Can't begin to help you find a ballpark figure if you don't even give details on the car...
I agree. Need more details. It looks rust free. If so, that's a positive, but the paint looks rough. I can't speak for others, but I personally wouldn't drive a car on the road with an external BOV dump. Was this a track build?

It is definitely aggressive for a daily driver, but I never really even had the gates open unless I really wanted to haul ass. Plenty of torque with the stroker and e85 tune. It was meant to be a really spicy street car. It had enough ass to run 10s, but I only ever got a chance to run it down the track at shoot out because it didn't have cage.

Paint was rough when I sold it a decade ago and it's still the same paint. Looks like they took the recaros out and moved gauges down to the radio area from the a pillar.

That is a good, and complicated build. Example, I regret not doing a EVO 5th gear on my last transmission build. I'm not even going to pretend to assign a value to that build. I have no ideal. It includes things I like, and things I have no desire for.

That is a legit build. I wouldn’t sell it for less than you paid for the car I’d tell you that. You should not lose money, these are very good quality parts. As to how they put them together and tuned them and how the car runs is a different story.

I think you are the fourth owner since it has left my possession. It went to the east side of Michigan for a few years. Sold to a guy in GR for a year or two. Then someone in Chicago got it, and then you got it from a mystery person? Were the Evo Seats still in the car when you got it?
I've been trying to keep tabs on my old card to see what has been done. That build list isn't completely accurate anymore. Head has been rebuilt, not sure if they reused valves springs/cams. The clutch was replaced and a single disk setup was put back in, but I don't know what clutch kit/flywheel it is. The transfer case was replaced/or rebuilt then too.
No clue on the state of the tune now. I did all my own tuning, and had it running a flex fuel setup. For every day driving I had it tuned at around 400whp/350tq 25psi. Tried to keep the torque soft/power low for longevity sake. I sold it with that tune in it. I'd definitely send a borescope into the spark plug hole and see if the same pistons are in it. I know the first guy I sold it too was not kind to the car. He was running 550hwp/35psi on e85. It was built to do it, but I usually actively logged when running that hard to make sure everything was happy. Two owners after that I have no idea how they treated it. I feel like the one guy was a little more gentle. He drove it for a couple years and then sold it to the shady guy you ended up buying it from. How many miles are on the odo now?

Currently has 124k on odometer. Bought 3 years ago from Chicago. Shady dude ghosted after it blew so it might be the same person. No Evo seats when purchased. Haven't boroscoped. Currently 500 and 30-35lbs of boost I believe. Shops I've had it in haven't replaced the heads. They put in same cams and head redone. Back also to twin disk also.
