Are my old GVR4s still around?

Been over 10 years! Kinda interested in getting another one. I had all 91s, 1635 (black project car sold to a guy on here, it’s gone! Crashed :( ), 1332 white sold to a guy on here but deleted his profile it looks like, 1507 green but may have sold it somewhere else. Any way I can find out?

Yep, sadly this place has been dead for awhile other than a few posts here and there. Glad it still exists though, good archive info.

There's some groups on FB, which I don't care for too much compared to forums but there is *some* activity there and you'll see some cars for sale occasionally. Remember it's FB though, haha.

Thanks I joined a few to see how they are. Wow prices of these cars definitely shot up. Wouldn’t mind finding one possibly. Not much for sale here. Looks like people use random auction sites. This one looks nice but damn little more than I was thinking of spending.

Yeah, prices have gone up but still doesn't seem like all that much, compared to some others. These still seem to be mostly unknown to the average person, which is both good and bad. Do see the occasional crackhead price but overall most of them do seem to be reasonably priced.

Might sell mine one of these days but not sure where the best place would be to list it, either. Problem here in SoCal is smog, so dumb you need to get that done on a 33+ year old car!

Got it, makes sense. Yeah decent looking my ones running definitely seem to go for at least $10k. Damn you’re not exempt on old cars? I’m pigeon holing myself but only want black! You’d prob have to list it everywhere I’d imagine.

Sadly we're not exempt unless it's 1976 or older, they stopped the rolling 30-year awhile back. Actually prior to that it was in the 60's MY for vehicles to not need a smog, which sucked for my '71 Chevelle as that required a smog check, even though wasn't stock. Wasn't much on it to begin with as far as emissions goes for that year but CA is so dumb on visuals, can't run headers for example. Oh well, haven't had to worry about this for some time. Just wish they'd do it up to say 1995 (incl the OBDI vehicles, like how many are actually still on the road here anyway?!).
