Hey all. Below is a link to an EBAY ad for a JDM climate control switch. I think this would be awesome in the car. I can make it fir, my question is has anyone done this and does anyone know if it will work on our cars.

Thanks for the input.

I believe you have to have some sensors as well as a few other things. I'm sure some of the overseas guys will chime in.

For that price I would rip a much better looking one from a stealth/3000gt and do a custom install. Curtis is right, without the matching electronic motors and wiring/sensors the unit itself is kinda worthless. Maybe someone could get them to remove all of it since they have the entire car.

Hello, in the comment above I left you links to the one you are looking for. It is an auction page in Japan
Hello.
Thank you for your reply. I can see 2 links. One of those links points to a set of disks.
Second link points to a plastic frame (which in kama1 post i guess is custom hvac panel/cover.) and air direction regulator lever (left < - > right).
I am sorry but i still did not get what is heater matrix/core.

Hola.

The heater core is the heat exchanger (like a small radiator) mounted in the climate control box inside the car. The heater hoses connect to it from the engine.
The evaporator for the AC is also in this same box.
