new vr4 has issues

I just bought a 91 vr4 and was having charging issues replaced the alternator and now have no power no lights no relay click nothing please help. If anyone is in Denver and can help me get this running I can get you money beer food or whatever just really want to drive my beast.
 

Have you checked all the fuses? I droped a spaner there once and it arked and blew something /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Check the large 100 amp fuse at the battery terminal. I bet you zapped it. They are a few dollars from Autozone.

You have to use a 10mm socket and loosen the bolts that old the fuse in. Just pop open the side covers on the 4 fuse holder and you will see the bolt heads.
 

Where would those be the previous owner relocated the battery to the trunk I'm guessing I will have to trace the wiring.

I but in a new battery and alternator and had no power so I just gave up and then I found this board and got some help and now I am motivated to keep it. I was just overly frustrated and was having buyers remorse after I did all that stuff. The problem ended up being the circuit breaker for the trunk battery so I'm going full speed to get this thing running.
