Did you compress the internal spring with a paper clip in order to bleed them?
They're still in the individual plastic they came in. I just tried to push down on it to see if it will compress, and it didn't. I was reading the how to`s on how to bleed them and it seems straight forward. I just didn't know if the lifters I got were defects since it wont compress at all.
So when they are brand new, they're suppose to be really hard to compress before I soak and bleed them?

Yeah, they're hard to push in when new.
