#671 Blew my 80 amp fuse after alternator install?

so my alternator went out,disconnected the battery and installed another alternator,when i was connecting my batt back the positive sparked pretty good, the car turns on and runs, but no open door bell,no turbo timer, no ignition beep befor u turn the car on and no windows no power to all this stuff, so im pretty stummped any ideas guys?

Make sure the alt. stud isn't touching anything. I've had mine blow before from the O2 sensor touching it because of a different wastegate setup.
