missing egr vaccum lines

the 4 pieced bar in the back center of picture that has the egr connected threw it.

is that the same piece as in my pictures that i only have 2 vaccum lines hooked up t the 4 metal pipes

Nothing should be hooked up to those. The manual you linked to is for the 1g DSM, not the Galant VR-4. All of our solenoids are on the passenger side of the engine bay. Those two unconnected metal lines on the intake manifold bracket you pictured are not used in our cars.
