anyone know where or who sells just 1 arp head stud?

You'll have to search for it, but Summit sells the studs, nuts, and washers seperately.

You can go to their website and lookup the part number. Call ARP with part number in hand. It was like 15 shipped for a new one to my door back in 2005ish.
