Car starts but stalls HELP

I was left stranded at work (20 miles away from house) today, the car starts and will run for a couple seconds then die, even if I rev it up it will still die, I have good fuel pressure, ignition, so will ckeck:
1)fuses
2)make sure fule pumps whining
3)wiring to CAS is good
4)change the ecu
so this is my troubleshooting checklist any one else have any info/thoughts Im up for anything

Check all the intake pipes. Unless your running SD they don't run very well with a coupler off.

will do, also will check the vacumn hoses, just really hope its not an ecu

 

ECT sensor and harness.

well its the fuel pump relay thats bad, I will do a bypass with the fuel pump rewire kit I have on it tomorrow, just run power to the relay from the fuse tray or maybe the electrinic power antenna since thats on when ignition is on, will see, good thing i had a voltmeter handi
